He wasn't marketed as the next Hugh Grant (with whom he shares nothing in common); he was marketed as the next Tom Cruise. he was short and handsome (in a frat boy way) and had a great body and a dazzling smile.
And that works great until you're 35. Then you're just a short guy.

It's difficult to remember how popular Scott Wolf was during the first few seasons of "Party of Five."
I saw him in a wonderful sold out production of the 1930s play "Dead End" at the Williamstown Theater Festival in 1997. Great production, amazing staging of New York City in the 1930s.

He's a beautiful man who is aging great . I loved him and Jay Mohr in GO. They made that movie .
Funnily, I had a major thing for him on Party of Five and didn't think much of Matthew Fox. But then when LOST debuted I though Fox was the most beautiful man ever . I think Fox in his prime was cuter than Scott but Scott has aged very well and Fox has not . Also, Fox is pretty much a horrible person it would seem . Never heard anything bad about Scott.
